TRX Total Body Workout (Part 1)
I’m comin at ya with a heart pumping TRX total body workout (Part one)! For those of you who don’t know what TRX is, it’s a suspension training cable that you can use to exercise with, and they are flat awesome! They are one of my favorite tools to use for working out, and will really work your entire body. Most people don’t know just how many exercises you can do with one and/or don’t know how to use one at all, so that’s what I am here for! You’ll have to bear with me because I am nursing a pinched nerve in my neck that is causing some muscle weakness and really shouldnt be doing push ups at all, but I managed to squeak some out to show you how you can incorporate some, using TRX. I am so excited to show you some of the exercises I do with one of these awesome tools! Stay tuned for another TRX Video, because there’s no way I could fit all of the exercises into this one!
