There really are no excuses when it comes to putting aside working out! I am proving it to all you mom’s that you dont necessarily need to have a gym membership to be fit. Below is a total body workout using a kid’s bike trailer. Who knew that there was such a great exercise tool, sitting right in your garage! You can pretty much turn anything into using it for exercise, you just have to get creative. Creativity+Determination=Success!

I generally try and get in a workout somehow, everyday. Whether its weight training, H.I.I.T(high intensity interval training), a bike ride, or pushing my 2 year old in this bike trailer, while the other 2 ride their bikes along with us. I adjust my intensity from day to day, so my body never gets used to the same thing. I love the feeling of being fit, plus it models a healthy lifestyle for my children, and we all know that children……are…….always…….watching! When you dont think they are, believe me, they are!
First thing’s first before you try this workout at home…….set the brakes on your trailer! If not, you’ll be face first into the pavement. Complete 3-4 rounds and 10-12 reps of each exercise. *1 more move you can do with it also, is to do toe taps against the front of it(and I mean fast). Trust me, you’ll be dripping with sweat after this workout!
