I love effective workouts that you need little space for and without any equipment! Tiny apartment, hotel room, too cold to go outside, then you need this workout in your life!
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
I love switching up my workouts. If you never switch them up, your body will get used to what you do and get “stale” so to speak. Its good to switch things up every few weeks, so you always keep your body guessing and working hard to burn calories. You want your body to be a fat burning powerhouse! I have worked out and been an athlete my entire life. For years, I never lifted weights, I would always kill myself doing cardio, but never really saw much change. I finally got wise and began weight training and now I LOVE it! For all those women out there who think you’ll get “man muscles or bulk up too much”, it’s not even possible. We dont have the testosterone! Actually it’s the opposite. When you weight train, you burn more fat and calories. The more lean muscle you have, the less room there is for fat!

Total Body Workout using zerrrroooooo equipment!
do 12-15 reps and 3-4 sets or 5 or 6 if you’re feeling like some punishment.
2 jumping jacks -walkdown to a pushup-walkup
forward jump w/ burpee
hand to elbow planks
plank jump out with crossover
Lying crossover sit ups
