The 20 Minute Fat Shredding Home Workout
Hi Guys! I hope you enjoy this “oh so effective” workout you can do at home! If you’re in a time crunch, there’s no excuses, you can get a solid workout in, and pat yourself on the back for a job well done. I’m showing you the 20 minute fat shredding home workout!!!
I swear when I shot this video, a typical day throughout the week is pretty slow on our street, but for whatever reason, everybody and their dog drove by. The fedex truck two different times, neighbors, a lawn care truck that just HAD to sit in his truck at the neighbor’s house. But you know, I decided that I just didn’t care and I am doing this for me, and to inspire you all! Maybe I inspired them to workout as well! haha It was hot as blazes with full sun on our back patio, so I had to take it to the front where there was still shade in the morning. You’ve just gotta do what you’ve gotta do to get it done. Roadblocks, excuses, etc. don’t deter me and they shouldn’t you either. If you really truly want to change your health, get in shape or whatever is negative in your life, you will make it happen.
I do these videos because I find inspiration and motivation helping you to get in shape, and to achieve your goals. I feel so blessed and humbled that I can bring my fitness knowledge to you guys. Exercise and feeling strong is what has always brought me happiness.

So for these exercises, you simply need to do them for 2 rounds, to complete your 20 minute full body fat shredding workout! For this workout, all you need is a yoga mat, free weights, jump rope(I like this one), resistance bands(I use these), and your hydration of choice. To be honest, if you don’t have weights or a jump rope that’s ok. Pretend you’re using a real jump rope and for the exercises using weights, get creative and you never know what you might find around the house that you can use!
