There is no doubt about it that I love Athletic shoes! I have been wanting to give you all a Nike In Season Trainer 7 Review for some time now, but just finding the time to do it has been hard, especially with the kids out of school for the summer. Trying to find time when they aren’t arguing, needing something or pushing baby strollers in the background is difficult to say the least! haha
Nike In Season Trainer 7 Review
I did want to allow enough time to pass before I did a review on these to make sure they were good and broke in and I was able to review them honestly & fairly. It wouldn’t be good to review a shoe that I had just purchased or worn once, would it???
Things you need to look for in a good pair of trainers is: Quality, Fit & Function! Obviously if they are running shoes, they won’t work well for h.i.i.t workouts, because they just won’t support your footbed with all the side to side movements. If you are strictly weight training without doing any h.i.i.t moves, then a trainer that doesn’t have much cushion would do just fine. i.e. the Nike Metcons here are great for that! You can find them also here.
I’ve had these a lot longer, but you really should replace your shoes at least every 6 months, if you are wearing them several times each week! Which can get expensive, that is why I ALWAYS shop around for the best deal! What I’ve done before if purchase 2 different trainers or running shoes, and then alternate wearing them, so that they last a bit longer.
