Working out has always been high on my priority list. There’s nothing I love more than feeling healthy and strong, but along with exercise you need to be eating right. They just go together like peanut butter and jelly(the low sugar version, of course)! I try to limit my sugar content and watch my carbs. The Right Fuel for a Workout
Before any of my workouts, I always try to eat a good breakfast with plenty of protein along with healthy fats. I’ve found that if I slice a hard-boiled egg, with dry toast, avocado, salt & pepper, along with a Chobani® Greek Yogurt, I can obtain that amount of protein pretty easy! The yogurt itself has 12 grams of protein and only 9 grams of sugar, other yogurt typically has 50% more sugar in them. When I am on the go or have errands to do after my workouts, it’s easy to have a Chobani® Greek Yogurt when I get out to the car for some quick protein! It makes a perfect mid-day snack as well. To keep your metabolism high, try to eat every 3 hours! Think of it as a bicycle with the wheels always going, but when they stop, it’s harder to get them started back up again, than it is to keep them always moving!

What I love about the Chobani® Greek Yogurt is that it is a new product that can be found at Walmart! This can be found in the refrigerated section of their stores. I am at their stores almost weekly shopping for home items or food, but to make things even simpler for you and help you stay on track, they even have an online grocery pickup (which is a great option for busy moms), or delivery is also available. They come in 5 delicious flavors, and I’m finding it hard to choose which one is my favorite!
