Meal prep is something that can be key to helping you save money, time through the week and help you stay on track with your health goals. Everytime I do it, it makes the rest of the week so much easier, because I don’t have to worry what I’m having for lunch! By staying organized with your meals and having them ready throughout the week, it helps prevent a person from grabbing something unhealthy when they’re rushed or “hangry”(when the bingeing typically happens). It also helps prevent you from heading to the fast food drive thru knowing you’re going to immediately regret it! I’ve rounded up Fifteen delicious and healthy meal prep recipes for your arsenal!
Fifteen Delicious and Healthy Meal Prep Recipes
Set aside some time on the weekend to gather your ingredients, prep it(if you have a crock pot or instant pot that can save you even more time, the easier it will be). I have this instant pot and use it pretty much on a ,weekly basis. I LOVE MY INSTANT POT! You also can’t go wrong with: This Kitchenaid, Cuisinart, & this Crock Pot model. Getting one that cooks evenly, has the features you need and is a good size, I think is most important. I use these meal prep containers to store our meals in throughout the week. They’re inexpensive, easy to wash up and easy to pack up in a cooler if you don’t want to use the office refrigerator!
